Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and pickup services provided by Bingo Pickup (“we,” “us”). By booking a pickup, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide bulk item pickup, junk removal, curbside pickup, furniture and appliance removal, garage/move-out/property/storage unit cleanouts, exterior apartment and business pickups, and recycling pickup in Ocala, Gainesville, and surrounding North Central Florida areas. Standard service covers addresses within 50 miles of our base; addresses beyond 50 miles may incur a travel fee or require a custom quote.

3. Exterior pickup only

We do not pick up items from inside the home. Items must be placed curbside, outside, in the driveway, garage, apartment exterior, business exterior, storage unit, or another accessible pickup location. We do not enter homes or living spaces. If items are not accessible at the scheduled window, the booking may be treated as a missed pickup under our Cancellation Policy.

4. Payment authorization and capture

When you book, your payment card is authorized (a temporary hold) for the estimated amount through our payment processor, Stripe. You are not charged at booking. Payment is captured only after your pickup is completed. For range-priced jobs, we authorize the top of the estimated range and capture the final amount, which may be lower. If a job is cancelled before completion, the authorization is released. Authorization holds may take several business days to disappear from your statement depending on your bank.

5. Revised quotes

If the actual job is materially larger than described or photographed at booking, we will send a revised quote for your approval before performing the work or capturing any amount above the original authorization. You may approve the revised quote, proceed with only the originally scoped work where practical, or cancel without charge.

6. Photos and accuracy

Pricing is based on the photos and descriptions you provide. You agree that submitted photos fairly represent the items and volume to be removed. We may decline or re-quote jobs that materially differ from the booking.

7. Prohibited items

We do not accept: hazardous waste, medical waste, asbestos, chemicals, fuel, gasoline, or propane tanks, wet paint, explosives or ammunition, illegal materials, biohazard waste, anything unsafe or restricted by law. We may refuse any item we reasonably believe is unsafe or unlawful to transport or dispose of, without liability.

8. Same-day service

Same-day pickup is offered only when schedule capacity allows and carries an additional fee disclosed at booking. Availability shown online is real-time but not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

9. Disposal and recycling

We determine the disposal, donation, or recycling destination of collected items unless otherwise agreed in writing. We aim to recycle and donate where practical, but do not guarantee any particular item will be recycled or donated.

10. Regulatory compliance

Routine garbage hauling, commercial waste hauling, and recurring solid waste services may be subject to local rules, permits, franchise agreements, disposal facility rules, or county/city requirements. Bingo Pickup operates primarily as a bulk item pickup, junk removal, cleanout, and recycling pickup service and offers recurring solid waste services only where permitted by applicable law and agreements.

11. Liability

We exercise reasonable care during pickups. Our total liability for any claim arising from a pickup is limited to the amount paid for that pickup. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items mistakenly placed in the pickup area, or surfaces affected by the ordinary moving of heavy items you placed for collection. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the pickup.

12. Scheduling and access

Pickup windows are two-hour windows between 6 AM and 8 PM. You are responsible for accurate address information, gate codes, and access instructions. See our Cancellation Policy for missed pickup, reschedule, and cancellation terms.

13. Changes
