We do not pick up items from inside the home. Items must be placed curbside, outside, in the driveway, garage, apartment exterior, business exterior, storage unit, or another accessible pickup location.
Who actually cuts it up?
Not us — and we’d rather say so up front than surprise you in the driveway. A handyman or general contractor with a reciprocating saw can usually section a spa in a couple of hours, and a licensed electrician handles the disconnect on hard-wired 220V models (plug-and-play tubs simply unplug). No — Bingo Pickup is strictly haul-only. We never drain, cut, dismantle, or disconnect anything. A handyman or general contractor can section the shell with a reciprocating saw, and a licensed electrician should disconnect a hard-wired spa at the breaker. Once it's in pieces, we haul every piece.

Only occasionally. It has to be already drained and disconnected, fully freestanding, light enough to move, with a clear, wide path to the truck. Most backyard installs don't qualify — send photos first and we'll tell you straight.

Usually next-day, and same-day is a $39 add-on when an arrival window is still open. We run one local truck out of Ocala, 7 days a week, so booking early in the day gets you a better pick of windows.
What happens to the hot tub after you haul it?
We recycle what we reasonably can — pumps, heaters, and metal framing get routed for scrap. We won't promise zero-landfill, but what can stay out of it, we keep out.
