1. Information we collect

When you book or request a quote we collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, photos of your items, notes you provide (including gate codes and access details), service selections, and scheduling preferences. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

• To provide quotes, schedule, and complete your pickup
• To verify your address is within our service area
• To process payment authorizations, captures, and refunds via Stripe
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, en-route, completion, and receipt notifications by email and (if you choose text) SMS
• To respond to questions and provide customer support

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the website: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and photo storage), our email/SMS providers (e.g., Resend, Twilio) to send the notifications above, and our hosting provider (Vercel). Each receives only what is needed to perform its function.

4. Photos

Photos you upload are used to price and verify your job and as proof of completion. They are stored securely and are not published or used for marketing without your permission.

5. SMS consent

If you select text as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive booking-related SMS messages (confirmations, reminders, en-route and completion updates). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

6. Retention and security

Booking records are retained for accounting and legal purposes. Data is encrypted in transit, and access to our systems is restricted to authorized personnel. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at 850-321-3047; we will honor requests except where retention is required by law.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies (for example, keeping the owner’s admin session signed in). We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous information such as pages visited, approximate (city-level) location, device type, and how you arrived at our site; it does not store your full IP address. We use this only to improve our website and service. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We additionally use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without cookies.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
