How does online booking work?
Enter your pickup address, choose your service, upload photos of your items, pick a 2-hour window between 6 AM and 8 PM, and enter your card. Small jobs get instant pricing; larger jobs get a fast photo-based quote. The whole thing takes about 2 minutes.
Do I pay before or after pickup?
After. Your card is authorized when you book, but you are not charged until the pickup is completed. Once we finish the job, the payment is captured and you get a receipt.
Why is there a temporary card hold?
The hold reserves your spot on our one-truck schedule and confirms your payment method works — without actually charging you. If you cancel before pickup, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
Can I call instead of booking online?
Absolutely — call or text 850-321-3047 between 6 AM and 8 PM. Online booking is the fastest way to lock in a window, but we're happy to help by phone.
Do you offer same-day pickup?
Yes, when the schedule allows. If today still has open windows, same-day options appear automatically in the booking form with a $39 same-day fee.
Do you pick up from inside the house?
No. We do not pick up items from inside the home. Items must be placed curbside, outside, in the driveway, garage, apartment exterior, business exterior, storage unit, or another accessible pickup location.
Where should I place my items?
Anywhere outside and accessible: the curb, driveway, garage (door open or access provided), outside your apartment, outside your business, at your storage unit, or another exterior spot. Tell us exactly where in the booking notes.
What items do you not accept?
Hazardous waste, medical waste, asbestos, chemicals, fuel, wet paint, explosives, illegal materials, biohazard waste, and anything unsafe or restricted by law. Unsure? Include it in your photos and we’ll confirm.
Do you recycle?
Yes — recycling pickup is one of our core services. Cardboard, electronics, metals, and household recyclables are routed to recycling facilities whenever possible, and we offer recycling subscriptions from $25/month.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your items are outside and accessible (and any gate codes are in your booking notes), we’ll complete the pickup and send you photos and a receipt.
What happens if my items are more than expected?
If the job on arrival is larger than your booking, we’ll send you a revised quote by text or email before doing anything. You approve the new price online — only then is the higher amount authorized and captured. No surprise charges, ever.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — use the link in your confirmation email or call us. Rescheduling is free with at least 2 hours’ notice before your window. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Do you serve apartments?
Yes. Place items outside your unit, in the breezeway, or at the complex curb per your community rules, add your building/unit number and any gate code at booking, and we’ll handle it.
Do you serve businesses?
Yes — offices, retail, restaurants, storage facilities, and property managers. Items should be staged outside or in a loading area. Large commercial jobs get a custom quote.
Do you service locations outside 50 miles?
Often, yes. Addresses beyond our standard 50-mile radius automatically get a small per-mile travel fee, and longer trips get a custom quote. Enter your address in the booking form to see your options instantly.
Do you offer recycling subscriptions?
Yes — weekly ($45/mo), biweekly ($35/mo), or monthly ($25/mo) curbside recycling pickup. Request a plan through the booking form and we’ll confirm your route within one business day.
What is Bingo Monthly?
A standing monthly bulk pickup plan: Basic ($39/mo) covers one pickup a month of up to 2 bulk items or a recycling load; Plus ($69/mo) covers up to 4 items or a small pile with priority scheduling. Month-to-month, cancel anytime — perfect for the parts of Marion County with no bulk collection service at all.
Do you pick up my regular household garbage bin every week?
No — weekly household garbage collection is provided by your city or your county-franchised hauler, and we leave that to them. What we DO offer on a schedule: weekly/biweekly/monthly recycling subscriptions, and Bingo Monthly for bulk items. One-time pickups of bagged trash (an overflow pile, a missed-pickup mountain, a cleanout) are absolutely fair game — book those any time.
