Cancellation Policy

The short version
Because your card is only a temporary hold until the job is done, cancelling is painless: cancel before we head your way and you pay nothing — the hold is simply released.
1. Free cancellation
Cancel any time up to 2 hours before your pickup window starts at no cost. Your payment authorization is cancelled immediately and no money is captured. Banks typically release the hold within a few business days.
2. Late cancellation
Cancellations within 2 hours of your window — or after the driver is en route — may incur a $25 late-cancellation fee to cover travel and the lost slot on our one-truck schedule. We’ll always waive it for genuine emergencies; just talk to us.
3. Missed pickups (items not accessible)
If we arrive during your window and your items are not outside or accessible (locked gate, no items staged, blocked access), we’ll attempt to reach you using your preferred contact method. If we can’t complete the pickup, a $35 trip fee may be captured from your authorization, and we’ll help you rebook.
4. Rescheduling
Reschedule free of charge with at least 2 hours’ notice — use the link in your confirmation email or call 850-321-3047. Your existing authorization simply moves with the booking. Same-day fees are removed if you move to a future date.
5. Cancellations by us
Severe weather, vehicle issues, or safety concerns may occasionally force us to reschedule. If we cancel, your authorization is released in full immediately and we’ll offer priority rebooking — same-day fees waived on the new booking.
6. Refunds
Captured payments are refundable when we fail to deliver the service as described. Refunds are issued to the original card and typically post within 5–10 business days.
