Does the mattress have to be in good condition?
No. Old, stained, sagging, torn, or waterlogged is exactly what we expect — condition never changes the price. One honest ask: if the mattress has, or might have, bed bugs, tell us in advance so we know what we’re dealing with before we confirm the pickup.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
No. Set the mattress somewhere we can reach from outside — curb, driveway, garage, or patio — and we handle the rest. We do not pick up items from inside the home. Items must be placed curbside, outside, in the driveway, garage, apartment exterior, business exterior, storage unit, or another accessible pickup location.
Can you pick up my mattress today?
Often, yes. Same-day pickup is a $39 add-on whenever an open arrival window remains for the day. We run one truck based in Ocala and work 6 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week, so book early for the best pick of windows — next-day is usually easy either way.
Where does my old mattress end up?
Honest answer: it depends on the mattress. We route what we can — metal springs and frames toward scrap recycling, and clean, usable pieces toward donation.
